Treatment in times of corona

Dear patients,

we hope that you and your loved ones continue to do well.

The last few weeks have been marked by unexpected challenges and severe restrictions for all of us. The current infection figures give us reason to hope that we will gradually return to normality, even if this is based on the premise of infection prevention.
It was important for us to live up to our responsibility and to be there for our patients. Even when it was difficult, we kept the practice running the whole time.

Like society in general, we will now begin a step-by-step path back to normal everyday life. The appointments canceled by us can be rescheduled and treatments, including professional teeth cleaning, can take place again under special protective measures on our part.

You are welcome to contact us to make new appointments.

Scheduling
  • The number of patient contacts will be reduced as much as possible.
  • In the event of acute problems, please call us in advance to schedule an appointment.
  • We ask you to arrive at our practice as punctually as possible for the scheduled appointment in order to avoid long waiting times.
  • If possible, several treatments are combined in a longer appointment.

Self-monitoring at home
  • If you should complain about symptoms of the coronavirus infection (fever, cough, breathing problems, muscle pain, nausea), please contact us in advance by phone.
  • If you have been infected, dental treatment is possible again from 4 weeks after the infection was discovered.

Your arrival at us
  • Please disinfect your hands when you enter the practice and when you leave the practice.
  • Appropriate disinfectant dispensers are available.
  • We would be happy to provide you with a face mask for your stay with us - especially for the waiting room - if you don't have your own.
  • Please do not hesitate to contact us! Please keep your distance from other patients in the waiting room.

Hand hygiene
  • You will find options for hand disinfection and hand washing throughout the practice. Please take note of this.
  • We would be happy to explain the disinfectant dispensers in the treatment rooms to you personally, but we currently do not shake hands. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Despite the hardships, we still look positively to the future. Together we will survive this crisis and gradually return to normal.

Stay healthy.
